Camera system

The Mini 5 Pro has a 1-inch CMOS sensor and a new image processing platform that offers an HDR video dynamic range of up to 14 f-stops[1]. It has a 48mm med-tele mode (2x Zoom) and uses DJI’s portrait optimization technology[2] for exceptional portrait photography.

Flexible gimbal rotation

The gimbal offers 225° of roll rotation that can be controlled manually or via intelligent modes such as QuickShot Rotate, Timelapse, Spotlight and Waypoint Flight, making it easy to create dynamic rotating shots.

Sensor system

The Mini 5 Pro has a front-facing LiDAR sensor that supports omnidirectional obstacle detection at 1 lux night light[3] and next-generation Smart RTH. It can actively detect and fly around obstacles such as buildings along the flight and return routes, ensuring safer night photography in urban areas. It can also memorize flight paths in good lighting conditions, enabling a quick take-off and safe return even without satellite signals[3].

ActiveTrack

The Mini 5 Pro intelligently recognizes different sports scenarios and automatically selects bike or standard mode to ensure optimal image alignment and tracking. The tracking performance has been improved to balance speed, agility and safety.

The intelligent flight battery offers a flight time of up to 36 minutes, a maximum take-off altitude of 6000 meters and a maximum flight speed of 18 meters.

Video Transmission

DJI O4+ Video Transmission offers 10-bit HDR video transmission with a range of up to 20 km [5], higher signal stability, improved noise suppression capabilities and superior image quality.

Off-State QuickTransfer

The Mini 5 Pro has 42 GB of internal memory. The Mini 5 Pro supports remote wake-up via the DJI Fly app within Bluetooth range, enabling fast file transfer at up to 100MB/s [6].
