1. Compatible with : Laptop: Thunderbolt 3 Apple laptop and Windows laptops equipped with Thunderbolt 3 or USB Type C Gen2 port.
System: Windows 10, macOS X, Android, Chrome OS Google (Up ), Linux with the latest updates.
2. The difference of USB C ports among Thunderbolt 3, USB-C 3.1 Gen 2, and USB-C 3.1 Gen 1 is the display bandwidth.

2. Windows Display Problem: A. Make sure the type c power delivery port on your laptop is USB 3.1 Type-C (Gen2) or Thunderbolt 3 port (support for Display Alternate Modes and Power Delivery) B. Check your HDMI cable. C. Ensure sufficient power supply from the USB C hub.
3. Apple Display Problem: For Apple laptop, in its non-mirror mode, 3 external monitors will display the same content but laptop screen can display different content from them.
4. Resolution Problem: If you connect VGA, the resolution of all monitors will be limited to 1920 x 1080@60Hz (maximum). When connecting 3 monitors, it may happen that one of the monitor screen resolution is lower than 1920 x 1080@60Hz (depending on the monitor and bandwidth).
5. Please connect power adapter to the USB-C Power Delivery port before connecting an external hard drive or multiple devices to the hub. Power delivery port can not charge for your laptop if adapter current is over 100W.
6. If the HDMI or VGA monitors go black for 2–4 seconds and then recover, it is normal. It is a process of EDID (Extended Display Identification. The recovery time depends on laptop and monitor (1 minute at max).
